    自我能监督吗?

     
    网上为辽宁国税的李文娟又热闹起来！说法律在保护举报人方面有欠缺！是呀，或许法律很难让打击报复者坐牢(姑且这么说)！但各位，试想一想，能打击报复的人，哪个不是有权有势，哪么，党纪呢？一个完全没有党性的人能仍然居高位，这才是举报者的悲哀啊！！所以，我们能相信自我监督吗？党或许一直在努力建设监督机制，但一家人监督一家人，有用吗？岗位轮流转，不是自己找不自在吗！！所以，不是法律不齐全的问题，而是真不真想拿起法律这一武器，如果想:80年代，调戏良家妇女也可以判死罪！(什么风，什么风一刮，凌驾法律之上的临时运动经常搞的)。即使法律不行，也有党纪呀！这种人，连正常人的人品都没有，下来应该没问题吧，要理由，三个代表呗！！所以，做官的比狗还精，没人护着，他敢报复人？能把举报的问题说清楚，就念祖宗保佑，度过一劫！！
